I’m a software engineering tech lead & manager with domain expertise in compilers, machine learning infrastructure, virtual machines and related areas.
My first job out of college was at Azul Systems where I was a founding member on the Falcon project. I worked on Falcon from its conception to GA in 2017.
I joined Google in 2017 as a software engineer on the XLA team. In 2019 I stepped into an engineering management role at Google. My team was responsible for the GPU backends in TensorFlow and XLA.
I left Google in 2022 to join Cruise as the tech lead & manager of the ML Compiler team. We're building a compiler based solution to radically simplify ML deployment onto a variety of ML hardware accelerators.
I live in Mountain View with my wife and daughter.
